kills me

it kills me that i thought after everything we've been through i've learned to not allow you to affect me so with the little things you do.

i thought up until now i've come to terms with the uncertainty that our relationship contains but, in the rare moments of weakness and vulnerability i have you're still the only thing that can push me completely over the edge.

someone recently told me her definition of love ... from a marriage perspective. love is not a feeling or emotion, it's a choice. a choice that people make every single day of their lives in choosing to be with that person and every action that you do for them or because you know it'll make them happy. that truly is love. everyone is capable of screwing anything up.... everyone is capable of choosing another woman/man over you, everyone is capable of hurting someone somehow. But even through that vulnerability every person has in every relationship everyone still needs someone to share their days and life with.
